If the failure of the products results in your unavailability to continuously use the product, please feel free to contact us, and we will wholeheartedly provide after-sales services and help for you.
To let you enjoy faster services, before the products are sent to repair, please carefully read the following content, we will provide services based on "Three Guarantees" ("Guarantees for Repair, Replacement or Compensation of Failure Products").
For the "Solam" brand full range of products purchased, within one year from the date of sale (based on the date specified in the invoice and warranty card, and valid if there is no seller stamped on the invoice or warranty card), if there is failure caused by product quality, we will provide free warranty services.
I、In any of the following conditions, the product will be beyond the scope of warranty, but the customer can choose to pay charges for repair.
II、No invoice and warranty card are available, or alter the content filled in the warranty card, and the product itself does not in consistent with the content in the warranty card information.
- The product is beyond one year warranty
- Damage caused by manmade factors, such as soaking, breaking and so on
- Damage caused by use, repair and maintenance which are not according to the requirements in the product manual
- Disassemble the machine without authorization, the warranty sticker is blurred or torn off
- Other accessories (package, specifications, drive disc, etc.) except the products
Note: The final interpretation right for the content in the warranty card is reserved to Solam Company.
III、 About Products Sent for Repair
When warranty services are to be provided, please send the products to our company or the after-sales service point at the authorized dealer.
- Send Personally: If the products are sent for repair, please show your product warranty cards and invoice, and state the causes of the failure. After the completion of testing, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible. If the product repair lasts a long time, please leave your contact information, and we will contact you after the completion of repair.
- Express Delivery: If you send the products for repair by express delivery, you shall pay the express freight and ensure to:
- Attach a piece of paper inside the product box, including the detailed failure causes, contact person, telephone number, and product return address.
- Backup the data in the machine, and our company will not be responsible for the damage caused by loss of data.
- Use a solid carton box as the outside package of the product, to avoid product damage during the transport.
- Directly send the product to the reception desk of our company through a reliable express company。
IV、 After-sales Procedures
If your product occurs to failure, please contact the customer service center of Solam Company to confirm whether the product need to be returned to Solam Company for repair. And the after-sales service procedures are as follows:
- Call the customer service phone 400-8813-8813 or 0755-28443396 to contact us, and our customer service personnel will judge the cause of the product failure for you.
- If you encounter the product software error or system problem, Solam customer service personnel will provide remote assistance services for you to solve the problems, thus you can save the time and cost of product repairing and enjoy the pleasure of knowing the technology inside of the products.
- If the customer service personnel confirms that your product needs to be returned for repair, please properly pack the product and then send it to our company or the after-sales service point of the authorized dealer.
- We will contact you after the completion of repair and send the product to the address you have specified.
